At approximately 02:55:36 JST on February 12, 2026, due to unknown reasons, one of our Cloudflare Warp proxy services stopped working. The models that rely on this service when our servers forward API requests include OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, so all three models were affected (other models were not affected):

This is the first time we have encountered this type of outage, and we sincerely apologize.
All of the above issues have now been resolved. We are further investigating the root cause of this problem and have begun building a highly available proxy service to ensure similar issues do not occur in the future.
